Personal information is any kind of information that to some extent may be related to you. When you use our website, we collect and process a variety of such information.

To the extent where you explicitly consent to this and even enter the information yourself, we also process: Name, telephone number, e-mail, address.

The primary area where we collect information is our recruitment portal. If you use it, we will collect the information you enter with your consent.


We have taken technical and organizational measures against the incident that your information is accidentally or illegally deleted, published, lost, deteriorated or comes to the knowledge of a person, is misused or otherwise treated in violation of the law.


The information is used for two general purposes:

  • General statistics on behavior on the site, so we may customize and improve content on our site.
  • To consider you for possible employment in one of our departments

Disclosure of Information

Data about your use of the website, geographic location, gender and age group etc. are disclosed to third parties to the extent the information is known. You can see which third parties in the “Cookies” section above.

Use of our recuitment portal 

Your application and the personal data you enter will be used solely for recruitment purposes and will be assessed by trusted and personally responsible persons inUni Consulting.Your personal information will, of course, be treated confidentially.

Your application and personal data will be stored in the database in our recruitment system. When we read your application, we will specifically assess your qualifications in terms of positions and projects. Even if you do not qualify for the position you have applied for, we will save your information to any future vacancy for 6 months. After this period would you automatic get a new consent as you can accept if you want to stay in our database. You also have the opportunity to actively enter our recruitment database and delete your data / candidate profile or contact us directly at 

Requirements for information

It is up to you to make sure that the personal data you provide is correct and adequate. Please do not include personal information such as religion, sexual orientation, race or health information. Be aware of hiding CPR No. in diplomas and similar documents that you can upload in our database.

Please note that your e-mail address acts as your unique ID when you apply for a job at Uni Consulting. Rights and Complaints

You have the right to know what personal information we process about you. You may also object to the usage of your information at any time, as well as you may revoke your consent to us processing your information. If the information processed about you is incorrect you are entitled to have the information corrected or deleted.
